Age 88, of Waipahu, Hawaii, passed away December 16, 2010 in Honolulu. Born August 15, 1922 in Fogapoa, Savaii, Samoa. Serafi was a member of the Assemblies of God.
She is survived by sons, Etuati "Eddie" (Frances) Lafaele, Tali (Liaina) Lafaele, Areta (Apoiliu) Lafaele of W. Samoa, Fanueli (Aliitasi) Lafaele of W. Samoa, Edison (Ella) Lafaele of Aust., Jaracz (Failelei) Lafaele of CA, Tavita (Site) Lafaele of NZ, Valoaga Lafaele; daughters, Salilo (Arthur) Andersen, Nuuomoa (Iosefo) Talivaa of W. Samoa, Amaketo (Venisini) Scanlan of W. Samoa; sister, Seiao Mose; 42 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, & cousins.
Visitation 9:00 a.m. Saturday (January 22) at Hawaii First Samoan Assembly of God; (1420 Palama St., Honolulu) Funeral Service 10:00 a.m. Burial 1:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
