Virgilio "Ver" Oberes, 69, of Mililani, a Mililani Fil-Am Baptist Church pastor, died in Honolulu. He was born in Culion, Palawan, Philippines. He is survived by wife Nelda, sons Vernel and Walter, daughter Nelvee "Bing Bing," two sisters and four grandchildren. Services: 2 p.m. Saturday at Cornerstone Fellowship, Mililani Mauka, 95-1080 Ukuwai St. Casual attire.
