Hamako "Susie" Fukuoka, 96, of Aiea, a former Pearl City Tavern waitress, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born on the Big Island. She is survived by son Douglas, daughters Becky Pyo and Jill Villarmia, six grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Private services.
