Howard Ho Choon Yuh, 88, of Honolulu, an executive director of the state Commission on Children and Youth and an Army veteran who served with the 298th Infantry, died in the Queen's Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Beatrice C., sons Gerald H. and Rodney A., daughter Lynette Campbell, brothers Larry and Raymond, sister Ella Hong and five grandchildren. Private services.
