SUMIKO Y. KIKILOI
SUMIKO Y. KIKILOI 90 yrs. old, passed away peacefully at home in Mililani on Jan. 22, 2011. She was born in Haiku, Maui on June 12, 1920 and was a long time resident of Hassinger St. in Makiki. She retired from Horimoto Fish Market. Bristol Hospice helped with her care at home, and she loved the team that was assigned to her. Preceded in death by her husband, Samuel and son, Clarence, Mrs. Kikiloi is survived by children: Edwin (Shirley Hattori) Kikiloi, Jerry (Geraldine Smaldone) Kikiloi and Violet A. Kikiloi; grandchildren, Kerri (Scott) Boissoneault, Scott aka Kekuewa (Punahele) Kikiloi, Kortney (Kerry) Borthwick & Shaun K. Kikiloi; great-granddaughters, Kayla and Josie Borthwick; hanai sons, Neil (Shannon) Kinoshita and Gordon (Joyce) Teraoka; hanai grandchildren, Shanel and Nelia Kinoshita; Brandi and Brandon Lopez. She is also survived by siblings, Koichi (Edythe) Yoshihara, Isami (Jean) Yoshihara & Elaine (Bob) Lawrence of KY; sister-in-law, Misao Yoshihara; numerous nephews, nieces and cousins. Visitation from 9:30 A.M. Thursday, February 3, 2011, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; funeral service 10:30 A.M. Burial at 1:00 P.M. at Hawaii-an Memorial Park. Aloha attire.
