75Fanny Ching Saito, 82, of Honolulu, a federal civil service retiree, died in the Queen's Medical Center. She was born in Kaaawa. She is survived by husband Tatsuo, sons Stuart T. and Sanford A., brother Henry Ching, sisters Annie Kam and Gladys Mello, and three grandchildren. Private services.
