Mable Mew Hee Chang, 89, of Honolulu, a retired state government secretary, died in Kuakini Home. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Dixon; brothers William, Kenneth, Dr. Carl and Dr. Bert; and sisters Minnie Lum, Marian Chun and Melanie Jakahi. Private services.
