81Shizue "Betty" Kakiuchi, 82, of Kahului, a Maui Land & Pineapple Co. retiree, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. She was born in Kahului. She is survived by husband Tokio "Jack"; son Craig; daughter Eunice Muraoka; brother Masao Matsuoka; sisters Mitome Okamoto, Mitsuyo Urata and Tatsumi Koike; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. Friday at Kahului Hongwanji Mission. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire.
