Lorraine Ululani "Sweetie" Makalii, 79, of Waimanalo, a retired school bus driver, died in Waimanalo. She was born in Peahi, Maui. She is survived by son Wilfred Burns; daughters Raene Chong, Dory Hart, Sharon and Janice Makalii, Shirley Ah Yat and Cindy Burns; brother John Quintua; sister Janet Reyes; 18 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 6 p.m. tomorrow at Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 41-972 Oluolu St., Waimanalo. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at the church. Services: 11:30 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire. No flowers.
