Francis Yoshitaka Goya, 86, of Honolulu, a retired security officer at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. He is survived by sons Gary Y. and Brent Y.; daughters Elaine T. Nishihara, Pearl M. Wong and Irma A. Kaneshiro; brother Neal Y.; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren. Private services.
