Hazel Therese Montana Mendonca, 95, of Honolulu died in San Jose, Calif. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Bernard and Michael, daughters Juanita Mendonca and Yvonne Masters, eight grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Tuesday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 9:30 a.m. Burial: 11 a.m. at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
