Retired from Oahu Sugar Co.; member of St. Joseph Holy Name Society; Waipahu Cosmopolitan Senior Group; Hawaii Ballroom Association and Dingras Association. He is survived by wife, Juanita Alop; son, Simeon (Sina) Alop Jr. of Tonga; daughters, Rose Manzano, Angelita "Angie" (James) Toma, Beatrice "Betty" (Brian) O'Rourke; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great-grandchildren; nephew; caregiver, Lydia Ramiscal. Visitation 9:30 a.m. Thursday (February 17) at St. Joseph Catholic Church (94-675 Farrington Hwy., Waipahu); Mass 11:00 a.m. Burial 12:30 at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual Attire.
