73Harry Masato Kohagura, 75, of Mililani, a Honolulu Police Department police officer and a Securitas security guard, died in Mililani. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Elaine Y., son David M., brother Herbert, sister Nancy Tachikawa, three grand- children and two great-grandchildren. Private services.
