Age 46, of Honolulu, passed away January 22, 2011 at Queen's Medical Center. Born March 11, 1964 in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines.
He is survived by wife, Febilyn G. Ulep; parents, Mariano & Gervacia Ulep; brothers, Reynaldo Ulep of Philippines, Rogelio (Tercie) Ulep of Philippines, Rewely Ulep, Fredelito Ulep, Roylan Ulep; sisters, Patricia (Juanito) Butay, Rosemelinda Ulep, Evelyn (Shem) Delim; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday February 19 at Mililani Downtown Mortuary, Service 7:30 p.m. Final services and burial will be held in the Philippines. No flowers, please.
