80David "Kawika" Valencia, 59, of Pukalani, Maui, a state Department of Human Services eligibility worker for the MedQUEST Division, died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born in Los Angeles. He is survived by wife Darlene, daughters Dominique and Desiree, father David, half brothers Raul Valencia and Victor, Valentino, Carlos, Marcos and Renee Amaral; and half sister Star Moreno. Visitation: 9 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Mass: 11 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Valley Isle Memorial Park.
