83Margaret Walnita Char, 82, of Hilo, a retired teacher, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. She was born in Kansas City, Mo. She is survived by husband Harry, son Duane, daughter Dana J. Hensarling, brother Milton Wong, sister Dr. LaVerne Wong and five grandchildren. Visitation: 3 p.m. Sunday at Hilo Missionary Church, 1044 Komohana St. Services: 4 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
