Tadayuki Okino, 86, of Waimea, Kauai, a Kekaha Sugar Plantation truck driver, died in Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital. He was born in Mana, Kauai. He is survived by wife Yukie; son Bryan; daughters Danette Okino, Avis Rodrigues and Cynthia Hemmer; sisters Hatsumi Maertz and Betsy Sakamoto; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at Waimea United Church of Christ. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
