He is survived by wife Linda, parents Kenneth and Jean, brother Milton and sister Jo Anne. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 5:30 p.m. Burial: 1 p.m. Friday at Hawaiian Memorial Park. Casual attire. No flowers.
