76Peggy Fukuko Sera, also known as Fuku P. Sera, 88, of Honolulu, a retired owner of Sera's Surf N' Shore, died. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Ronald and Sherman, daughter Joanne Hoota, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services.
