Dick Mitsuo "Tibet" Mizuko, 86, of Honolulu, a member of the Military Intelligence Service during World War II, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Mark, stepson Charles Araki, brother Fred K., sisters Yukie Watanabe and Grace T. Murashige, three grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Visitation: 8:30 a.m. Thursday at Mililani Downtown Mortuary. Services: 9 a.m. Burial: 10:45 a.m. at Nuuanu Memorial Park.
