David C. Sanford, 82, of Aiea, a retired Oahu Sugar Co. industrial engineer and a Navy veteran, died at home. He was born in Philadelphia. He is survived by wife Norma L. "Peter," daughters Margit "Pooh" Howell and Wendy "Pie" Thomas, brother Tim and two grandchildren. No services.
