72Elsie Taeko Ota, 91, of Kahului, a Maui County Department of Personnel executive secretary, died at home. She was born in Pauwela, Maui. She is survived by sons Charles and Yoshio, daughter Karen Wintermyre, seven grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Services: 5 p.m. Friday at Wailuku Hongwanji Mission.
