He is survived by wife Kathryn, sons Christopher and Nathaniel, brother Michael, sisters Sharon Smith and Evelyn Courson-Quinn, and a grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
