Helen Fumiko Fukuda, 83, of Aiea, a retired secretary for the U.S. Naval Supply Center, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Keith Y.; daughters Karen Y. Tanaka, Joan K. Inocelda and Janice G. Fukuda; brothers Masao, Yoshinobu and Albert K. Yamato; eight grandchildren; and a great- grandchild. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary.
