Tokusei "George" Arakaki, 78, of Honolulu, a retired plumber and Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Hakalau, Hawaii. He is survived by brothers Toshuke, Robert M. and Stanley H.; and sisters Hanako Shishido, Kikue Matsuoka, Kikuko Oshiro, Fumie Poka and Irene Y. Arakaki. Private services. No monetary offerings.
