Masaru "Mike" Kobashigawa, 91, of Honolulu, a retired city Department of Parks and Recreation District 2 supervisor and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honohina, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Tamayo "Clara," daughters Schalene Kobashigawa and Lynne Tsuchiyama, sister Betty Lee and a grandchild. Private services.
