Vivencio Galacinao Carlos, 93, of Waipahu, an Army veteran, died in Tripler Army Medical Center. He was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Susima C.; sons Arsenio, Henry, Jose, Mario and Loreto V. Jr.; daughters Avelina F. Carlos-Camacho, Mila L. Carlos and Nelia Visaya; brothers Benjamin, Agapito, Federico and Valeriano; sister Isabel Ancheta; 10 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Friday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Burial: 10 a.m. next Monday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
