Patricia Ann Cruz, 67, of Kahaluu, a caregiver, died in Kailua. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Basillo A., sons Basillo A. Jr. and Darren R., mother Charlotte R. Eckardt, brother Von Harbottle, sisters Paulette Eckardt and Edwina Ricard, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Friday at Oahu Cemetery Chapel. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire. Donations suggested to American Lung Association.
