Charlene Ramona Kamai, 74, of Kodiak, Alaska, formerly of Honolulu, died in Anchorage, Alaska. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons A.J. "Duffy" LaBatte and Charles "TC" Jr. and Rome and Kenneth Kamai; sisters Mary Urata, Cindy Fernandez, Charlene Burthold, Georgette Kealoha, Roselie Weaver, Joy Paiva and Ruth Kamai; brother Reginald Medeiros; sisters Nina Okita and Crystal Medeiros; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Private services and inurnment to be held in June.
