Tsutomu Otake, 85, of Honolulu, a federal government retiree and an Army veteran, died in St. Francis Hospice-West. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Eiko; son Gary H.; daughters Ellen E. Kawano and Joan Y. Otake; brother Kenneth K.; sisters Nancy Y. Sakamoto, Mildred T. Yasutake and Gladys M. Hironaka; and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Wednesday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
