81Alma Rios Carter, 80, of Pearl City died in Ewa Beach. She was born in Nogales, Ariz. She is survived by sons Harry T. III, Dallas V. and Albert F.; brother Caesar Rios; sisters Lillian R. Depka, Maria R. Derman and Margot R. Millet; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel.
