Felipa Bado Lai, 78, of Kailua, proprietor of Flowers by Fely, died in Hawaii Medical Center East. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons R. Chico Edralin, and Michael and D. Kanoa Lai; daughters Zenaida Giesseman, Edith Winkler and Leitrisha Kim; brother Silvestre Bado; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at St. John Vianney.
