Fred Dallas Elliott, 89, of Honolulu, a retired Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard machinist, city Department of Public Works Wastewater Management employee and Navy veteran, died in Kaiser Medical Center. He was born in Wyalusing, Pa. He is survived by stepdaughter Lois Whitecliff, one brother, two sisters, three grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild. Inurnment: 3 p.m. Thursday at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl.
