77Guillermo Calano "Gimo" Balagat, 88, of Hanamaulu, Kauai, a retired Lihue Plantation employee, died. He was born in Dingras, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He is survived by wife Marina, sons Ceny and George, daughter Grace Hee, brother Feliciano, 10 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. Visitation: 8 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Church. Services: 10 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens.
