Kenye Isao Mongkeya, 62, of Kailua-Kona, a homemaker, died in Kona Community Hospital. She was born in Tafunsak, Kosrae, Micronesia. She is survived by sons Mishima, Barry, Leeby and Arthur; daughters Brenda Phillip and Sepe Mongkey; brothers Alokoa, Lonno, Likiaksru and Ernest Joe; sisters Shrue Joe, Sepe Abraham and Tulpe Palsis; and numerous grandchildren. Services: 3 p.m. Tuesday at Kosrae Congregational Church in Kalaoa, Kona. Burial will take place in Kosrae, Micronesia. Casual attire. No flowers.
