76Patricia M. "Pat" Nagafuchi, 86, of Honolulu died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by husband Shigenobu, daughters Sandra Oku and Sharon Okura, sisters Gwendolyn Wong and Edwina Kajioka, and five grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Monday at Diamond Head Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Private inurnment at a later date.
