Albert Santiago "Belto" Rodrigues, 88, of Honolulu, an Army veteran and a city road division retiree, died at home. He was born in Koloa, Kauai. He is survived by sons Bill Benkman, Anthony and Herman Rodrigues, and Rick Mabrey; daughters Shirley Nitullama, Carol Fernandez and Edna Okamoto; 19 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.
