James Kalauli Noa Sr., 81, of Kailua, a retired junior high school vice principal, died in Fremont, Calif. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Elaine, sons James K. Jr. and Jeffrey K., daughters Joslyn K.N. Donlin and Joanne K.N. Asing, 12 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
