81William Emil “ Uncle Bill” Wehr sig, 91, of Volcano, Hawaii, a self-employed farmer, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by members of the Kaleiwahea ohana, nephews and nieces. Visitation: 4 p.m. Thursday at Hilo Seventh-day Adventist Church. Services: 6 p.m. Casual attire.
