Joanne Masako Okuma, 81, of Honolulu, a retired Hickam Air Force Base and Wheeler Air Force Base librarian, died in Kailua. She was born in Ninole, Hawaii. She is survived by sons David and Russell, daughter Cheryl, sister Arlene Yamagata and a grandchild. Private services
