Marlene Young Wood, 77, of Pahoa, Hawaii, a retired postal worker for the federal government, died at home. She was born in Pearl City. She is survived by sons Leslie H. Young and Anthony K. Wood, daughter Cecilia Kapihe, companion Isabelle Park and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation: 1 p.m. Monday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 2 p.m. Burial: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaiian Memorial Park
