77Mary Kuipua "Mele" Kagawa, 83, of Hilo, an employee at the former Hilo Quality Cleaners, died at home. She was born in Opihikao, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Richard, Abraham, Bryson, Paul and Braydon; daughters Shirley Ann Ramos, Gloria Makua, Jewelyn Lizardi and Marylene Bisalen; brother Eddie Hanohano; sisters Jeanette Silva and Kapeka Medeiros; 26 grandchildren; and 42 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Tuesday and 9 a.m. Wednesday at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 7 p.m. Tuesday and 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the mortuary. Burial to follow at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery No. 2. Casual attire
