Charles Fredrick Raff Jr., 64, of Honolulu, a former used car salesman at Pflueger Honda Hawaii and an Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, died in Straub Clinic & Hospital. He was born in Trenton, N.J. He is survived by wife Atsuko and son Benjamin. Services: 4 p.m. today at Waikiki Community Chapel. Graveside interment services: 2 p.m. April 14 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual attire.
