Mamerto Albert Ancheta, 86, of Waipahu, an Air Force flight engineer and retiree, died at home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by son Albert, brother Portonato and sister Joveta J. Wong. Visitation: 4:30 p.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Waipahu. Mass: 11 a.m. Burial: 1 p.m. at Schofield Barracks Post Cemetery.
