Samuel Guzman Cabebe, 85, of Waipahu, a self-employed handyman and a retired Army infantryman and medic who served in the Korean War, died in Waipahu. He was born in Dinalaoan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Joy; sons Joel and Jonathan; daughters Deborah Braceros and Kori Knapp; brothers Fernando, Pedro and Jose; sisters Esperanza Susa, Felicitas Noble, Natividad Cabebe and Avelina Aquino; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, mauka chapel. Services: 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation: 9 a.m. Friday at Ewa Community Church, 91-1258 Renton Road, Ewa Beach. Services: 10 a.m. Committal services: 1 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl. Aloha attire. No flowers.
