74Stephanie McCandless Reford, 77, of Honolulu, a former Punahou School teacher, director of the Pacific and Asian Affairs Council (PAAC) and United Nations staff member, died in Arcadia Retirement Residence. She was born in St. Louis. Services pending. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to PAAC, UNICEF or Hawaiian Humane Society.
