Jeri Lee Haina, 69, of Kapolei, an Inter-Island Resorts sales employee and a United Vacations retiree, died in St. Francis Hospice-West. She was born in Los Gatos, Calif. She is survived by husband John N.; sons John C.K., Kevin N. and Keith K.; mother Sylvia J. Piper; brothers Richard and Dennis Piper; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
