Chanthala Chounramany, 75, of Waipahu, a retired Royal Lao Air Force colonel, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. He was born in Laos. He is survived by sons Lance P. and Danny I., daughters Nila N. Rattanasamay and Lala P. Lizama, brother Phoungmala, sister Sengmany Soutthiphong and 10 grandchildren. Visitation: 2 p.m. Thursday at Borthwick Mortuary.
