William Hideo Kaya, 88, of Punaluu, a retired store owner-proprietor of Kaya Store, and an Army staff sergeant with the 100th Battalion, died in Punaluu. He was born in Punaluu. He is survived by wife Ethel, son Wilfred, daughters Beverly Hashimoto and Geraldine Harada, brother Albert, sisters Sarah Sueoka and Dora Sapiro, and three grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. tomorrow at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 5 p.m. Additional information for an obituary published yesterday.
