81Tony Matthew Silva Jr., 77, of Makawao, Maui, a retired state Highways Division mechanical supervisor, died at home. He was born in Puunene, Maui. He is survived by sons Andrew and Moki; daughters Stephane Silva and Kuuipo Baisa; brother Franklin; sisters Ann Pu‘u, Cookie Rodrigues and Claudia Thompson; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
